Schwer zu sagen, wo es mehr Vielfalt gibt: im richtigen Tierreich oder im animalischen Kosmos der Katzenkünstler. Einige der bekanntesten Exemplare stammen u.a. von Manfred Deix. (siehe: Deix, Satiren aus Wien, Zweitausendeins, Frankfurt am Main, 1987, 5.Auflage, S.71)

Vor mehr als 25 Jahren war für mich die Deix’sche Zeichnung einer „Westindische(n) Würfelkatze“ Ausgangspunkt für eine Reihe von Produkt-Ideen.  Die „Würfelkatze“ hat bis heute im Sortiment von Meier.Germany überlebt.

Difficult to say, where there is more variety: in the real habitat of cats or in the animal-cosmos of the cats-artists. One of the most remarkable creatures stem from the drawing pens, brushes, crayons and pencils of Manfred Deix.
